You define the version of the offer that will be tested, while keeping the core capability the same.

You lock:

  • The target segment to repeat with
  • What is being sold or packaged
  • The message and action to repeat

You also lock:

  • What success or failure looks like
  • What is allowed to flex (segment, packaging, pricing, delivery)
  • What is explicitly not changing

You run the test yourself. Constraints matter:
